60 Day no-return money back guarantee

As per our 60 day buyer protection policy, we will process a full refund for your order only if an incorrect product or a wrongly advertised product has been sent to you due to a mistake on our part. You are in no obligation to return the product back to us and may discard or use the same at your discretion. This 60 day no-return money back guarantee also entitles you to a full refund in the event a loss of package has occurred during transit over the international postal network. In these cases the maximum liability to be refunded is the actual purchase price of the product paid by you. Please fill this claim form to begin the refund process. No order cancellations once order has been shipped

No refunds are processed once an order has been shipped from our warehouse in India as it cannot be cancelled, recalled or stopped. Once your order has left our warehouse, it is then with the postal network and the international postal union and beyond our control. You will have to wait for the standard delivery time period for your order to arrive.


No exchange, returns or refunds
